One of the main reasons we developed simple recipe software is to help with the planning of the meals for the week.  This can be done at a weekly level with just the push of a button, or by selecting one or more individual days.

As well as generating your daily meals this software will also generate a shopping list. This shopping list can be printed and compared to your cupboard before you get to the shops. This stops doubling up on items you already have or going home without something you need.  Not only will it produce your shopping list but you can also add non food items to your shopping list. This will allow you to generate one complete shopping list that includes food, bathroom items and other household needs together on one list.
